Dylans re-opens The Kings Arms in St Albans after its closure more than 15 years ago. We are an independent Free House serving Craft Beer, Real Ales, Fine Wines & Good Food run by Andrew Knight and Sean Hughes.
“We wanted to offer something unique and somewhere that we would want to go to. We love our beer and food and wanted to create a vibrant, busy pub which is relaxed and away from the formalities of fine dining whilst still offering the high standard our chefs are trained to. If you are wondering who Dylan is-he is Sean’s dog-a chocolate labrador, and yes we welcome well-behaved dogs in the bar area during quieter evenings and lunchtimes. If you would like to book Dylan’s Table with your dog (number 7) please call us as it is not available online-let us know you have a dog with you.
Our “Bill of Fayre” menu is our A La Carte option served in the back room of the pub whilst our “Snacking Menu” is served in our front room.
We have a new pub, The Plough on the ourtskirts of St Albans with our Head Chef Liam Goldstone who heads up the kitchen with some pub classics with a Beer Wall and 4 Cask Ales plus our Dylans Wine List.
